Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms cover your use of nofeartech.com. They're deliberately short and in plain English. If we do project work for you, that's governed by a separate signed Service Agreement — these terms are just about the website.
Who we are
This site is operated by No Fear Tech Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, based in Norfolk, UK. Contact: hello@nofeartech.com.
Using this site
- The content here is for general information about our services. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation — talk to us before making decisions based on it.
- Prices shown or estimated on this site (including by the AI enquiry checker and the ROI calculator) are indicative starting points, not quotes. Real work is priced in a written proposal or agreement.
- You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to breach its security, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content through our forms or chat, or use our AI features for anything unlawful.
The live demos
Our demo applications exist to show what we can build. They run on sample data, reset periodically, and come with no warranty — please don't put real personal or business data into them.
The AI assistant
The enquiry checker and live chat are AI-powered. They're genuinely useful but not infallible: responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be imperfect. Anything that matters is confirmed by a human before it becomes a commitment. No AI response on this site forms a contract.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and demos on this site belong to No Fear Tech Ltd (or our licensors). You're welcome to browse, link to, and share it — please don't copy substantial parts or pass our work off as your own. Client work referenced on this site remains subject to the terms of the relevant client agreement.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites, we're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
We keep this site accurate and available with reasonable care, but we provide it "as is" — we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's general content. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited (like liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Liability relating to paid work is dealt with in the relevant Service Agreement, not these terms.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time — the date above tells you when they last changed. They're governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
